Project Description
Ed Green Construction completed the design and construction of a new 32,500‑square‑foot vocational (VOC) and Grades 3–5 classroom building for Ellicott School District 22. The project utilized a pre‑engineered metal structure combined with block masonry construction to deliver a durable, efficient, and modern learning environment.
Extensive value engineering was incorporated throughout the project to optimize costs while maintaining high‑quality standards. Construction was carefully phased to minimize disruption to neighboring schools that remained operational during the project. The completed facility features flexible classroom layouts designed to support collaboration, creativity, and student engagement.
The project was completed on schedule and within budget, demonstrating Ed Green Construction’s experience delivering complex, multi‑phase educational facilities.
