Project Description:
Under an active Standing Order Contract with Colorado Springs Utilities, Ed Green Construction completed targeted concrete repairs at the UCSC Parking Garage. The scope of work included:
- Removal and replacement of deteriorated reinforced concrete
- Structural crack repair
- Concrete surface patching
- Replacement of failing drainage components to improve water management
All work was performed in carefully phased sections to minimize disruptions and maintain safe public access throughout construction. This project demonstrates our proven ability to complete complex infrastructure repairs within active utility facilities while meeting strict technical, safety, and scheduling standards.
