Professional Design and Planning Solutions

As a full-service commercial general contractor, Ed Green Construction offers comprehensive design-build services that take projects from initial concept through final construction. When clients choose our design-build approach, they hire one contractor to oversee both the design and construction phases of their project. Our team manages the design process, working with qualified architects and engineers to develop plans that meet the project's functional needs, budget, and overall vision.

Depending on the needs of each project, our preconstruction services may include conceptual planning, budgeting, value engineering, design development, permitting coordination, and construction scheduling. By bringing design and construction together under one general contractor, we help streamline communication, identify potential challenges early, and create a more efficient building process.

Since 1974, Ed Green Construction has provided commercial construction solutions throughout Colorado. With over 50 years of experience and four generations of construction knowledge, we offer clients the flexibility to involve our team early in the planning process or bring us on board when construction plans are already developed.

Our design and planning capabilities are offered in connection with the projects we are contracted to build, giving clients the convenience of a single general contractor to guide their project from concept through completion.
